A deposit is taken online when you book, with the balance settled at your appointment. We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash, PayPal and bank transfer. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your appointment; inside 24 hours a 50 per cent charge applies.

Questions about cost

Can I use private health insurance?
It depends on your policy. Most UK insurers require a specialist referral, and because we do not require one, our scans are often classified as self-pay health screening — which many policies exclude. Call your insurer with the scan details before booking to confirm. We can provide an itemised receipt for reimbursement claims.
Is there anything extra to pay on the day?
No. The price shown is the total. There is no separate reporting fee, no image fee and no referral fee. If a scan turns out to need a different or additional examination, we will tell you the cost before proceeding — never afterwards.
Do you offer a discount for combined scans?
The well-man, well-woman and pregnancy packages combine several examinations at a lower total than booking each separately. They are listed in the tables above.
Why is a private scan cheaper here than at some Harley Street clinics?
We run a single site with a small senior team rather than a large consulting-room estate, and our clinicians perform the scans themselves rather than delegating and re-reporting. The examination and the reporting standard are the same ones we apply in our NHS posts.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Only the deposit, which holds your slot. The balance is settled at the clinic on the day of your appointment.
