By booking an appointment, attending our clinic, or using our services, you ("Patient", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Appointment Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process

  • No GP referral required for private appointments
  • Self-referral accepted through online booking or phone
  • Same-day appointments available subject to availability
  • Booking hours: Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday appointments available
  • Deposit required at time of booking to secure appointment

Appointment Confirmation

Upon booking, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with appointment details
  • SMS reminder 24 hours prior to appointment
  • Pre-appointment preparation instructions if applicable

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Terms

24+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee applies
Less than 24 Hours: 50% of scan price charged
No-Show: Full scan price charged
